Pastor David Soto founded New Beginnings Church in March 2005. Together with his loving wife Marisol and two children, Alexis and Isaiah, they answered the charge and have touched the lives of many people in their community bringing the Gospel of God's Grace and Love. They started the mission in their humble home on 79 Sprague Avenue, Middletown, New York.

David was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and is of Puerto Rican decent. He speaks both English and Spanish fluently and studied to be a Dental Technician at Magna Institute in Manhattan, New York. He was raised in a Christian home but like many young people went down his own path. Later, he encountered God's love for him and re-established his relationship with God. Since then, he has never looked back but has remained passionate for Christ and fervent in bringing souls to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. His main focus is to educate people in the Word of God and equip them to succeed in their walk with Christ. He continues to strive for excellence, is an entrepreneur, a visionary and a great leader to New Beginnings Church.

Pastor David graduated from the Spanish Eastern Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God with honors in 2008. He is dynamic and motivational speaker. He teaches and preaches the Word of God with conviction and anointing. Each message brings new light and understanding to the congregation.

New Beginnings Church is in constant growth and moved to its new location on 11 Mulberry Street, Middletown, New York in 2010. New ministries have been birthed, many people have made decisions for Christ, marriages have been restored and families are growing stronger each and every day.

Pastor David says, "I cannot wait to see what God is going to do next. This is only the beginning. We have only seen a fraction of what He is going to do. Come see for
